Where are you based?

Moo Bee is based in Fairfield, Melbourne, Victoria.

What do you provide?

We offer tapas and cocktail packages, plus drop-off Tapas Box catering. Moo Bee caravan is well equipped with 2 fridges, hot water system, food safe benches and bar service equipment. Our packages include RSA-trained crew, compostable cups as standard (real glassware upgrade available), ice, and a drinking water station.

Can Moo Bee sell alcohol?

We sure can! We can sell alcohol from the caravan only in unlicensed venues, pre-booked events and on private property. However any other permits, licences and permissions that are required are to be obtained by the client.

Do you do table service?

We are legally only allowed to serve alcohol from the Moo Bee Van. This is great for you as your guests are forced to leave their table and mingle with other guests. Our staff will rove around, pick up empty glasses and bottles. We can have extra staff if required at an extra cost.

Do you have glasses for drinks?

Yes! Cocktail Bar and Tapas + Drinks come with compostable cups as standard, with a stemless glassware upgrade available for +$2pp. Bubbles + Cheese includes stemless champagne flutes as standard. Beer and cider stay in their bottles or cans.

What are Moo Bee caravan dimensions?

Moo Bee caravan is approximately 2.5m high, 2m wide and 4.5m long. This is including the drawbar.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes! We love to have fun, but being responsible is our priority.

Do you provide crew?

Moo Bee is run by our small, dedicated team. For larger events, additional crew is added as needed to make sure your event runs smoothly — this comes at an extra cost, factored into your quote.

Are your bar crew trained?

Yes, all of our bar crew have RSA's, extensive experience in Hospitality and are super friendly so your guests will get great customer service.

How much does it cost to hire Moo Bee?

Check out our packages page for current pricing — Cocktail Bar from $77pp, Tapas + Drinks from $85pp, Bubbles + Cheese from $36pp, plus a flat service fee per package. How far can you travel?

We love to get out and about, so if you need us it’s not a problem.

Caravan events (Cocktail Bar, Tapas + Drinks, Bubbles + Cheese):

Travel within 60km one-way from Fairfield is included in your service fee. Beyond that, $1 per extra kilometre applies (based on round-trip distance).

Tapas Box (drop-off):

Standard delivery is $35, for locations within 35km one-way from Fairfield. Beyond that, outer-metro delivery is $55.

Do you need access to mains power and water?

We need 1 x 10amp for the caravan. We have leads up to 20m long. If leads are obstructing a public space, client needs to issue mats over leads for safety purposes. We would love some water access but not a huge deal if we don’t.

No mains power? We say…no problem!

We have a generator that can power the caravans fridges, hot water and lights. It’s $25/ph which will need to include 2 hour set up and 1 hour pack down.

Payment Policy…

Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking date until we receive your deposit of 20%. Final guest numbers and menu selections are due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event forfeit the deposit (non-refundable). Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
